Daniel Swan grew up immersed in the bricklaying trade, learning the ropes in his family’s business from a young age. The son of a seasoned bricklayer with over 40 years in the industry, Daniel carried forward that legacy with grit and vision — founding Swan Bricklaying Co with a clear focus on precision, ethics, and high standards.
He holds both a B and C Class Builder’s Licence, a Certificate III in Blocklaying, and a Diploma in Project Management. Daniel is known for being approachable and easy to work with, yet runs a site like clockwork — organised, clean, and ahead of schedule. Clients trust him not just for his skills, but because they know he takes charge and gets it done right — often before they need to ask.
